Terms of Service

ZeroThink Terms of Service

Effective date: 14 June 2026. By accessing or using ZeroThink, QuantumZero, ZMath, direct-key mode, in-house boards, subscription tools, upload tools, APIs, research workflows, or any connected TalkToAI service, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and any posted rules inside the service.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Access, accounts, and eligibility

You must use accurate account details, keep login credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account, browser-stored keys, uploaded files, wallet transactions, board posts, and API usage.

3. AI and research outputs are not professional advice

ZeroThink outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, experimental, or unsuitable for your intended use. Outputs are for research, drafting, analysis, education, and productivity support only. They are not legal, medical, genetic, clinical, financial, investment, aviation, defence, engineering, safety-critical, or government procurement advice. You must verify outputs before relying on them.

4. No safety-critical use

You must not use ZeroThink as the sole basis for decisions affecting life, health, liberty, aircraft, vehicles, weapons, operational hardware, public safety, regulated services, financial trading, medical treatment, legal rights, national security, or critical infrastructure. Human review and independent expert validation are required for serious decisions.

5. In-house boards, comments, and user content

If you use any in-house board, forum, feedback tool, comment area, upload area, shared workspace, or public profile, you agree not to post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, private, confidential, exploitative, spam, malware, credential, key, wallet-seed, or third-party personal data. You grant TalkToAI and ZeroThink a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display, moderate, remove, transform, and use your submitted content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service.

6. Intellectual property and reverse engineering

The ZeroThink name, TalkToAI ecosystem, Zero Lattice, ZMath, QuantumZero, layouts, prompts, workflows, code, interface design, research framing, branding, documentation, icons, graphics, generated system structures, and non-user content are protected intellectual property. You may not copy, scrape, clone, resell, rebrand, bypass, reverse engineer, extract prompts from, attack, or create competing services from the protected parts of the system except where law expressly allows.

7. Uploaded files and third-party rights

You must only upload files, DNA data, research material, code, text, images, and documents that you own or are authorised to process. You are responsible for permissions, confidentiality, copyright, privacy, export controls, and all consequences of uploading material. Do not upload passwords, private keys, wallet seed phrases, classified material, unlawful material, or data about another person without authority.

8. Subscriptions, payments, tokens, and crypto

Paid features, subscriptions, token utilities, Solana payments, and blockchain interactions may change, fail, be delayed, or be unavailable. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Tokens, crypto references, and utility access are not investment advice, not a promise of profit, and not a regulated financial recommendation. You are responsible for wallet safety, transaction accuracy, taxes, and compliance with local law.

9. Prohibited conduct

  • No hacking, scraping, credential attacks, malware, spam, automated abuse, prompt extraction, model theft, rate-limit bypassing, or service disruption.
  • No unlawful surveillance, harassment, impersonation, fraud, phishing, exploitation, child-safety abuse, or privacy violations.
  • No use that infringes intellectual property, violates export controls, or breaches a third party's terms or rights.
  • No attempt to use AI outputs as a substitute for qualified professional review in high-risk contexts.

10. Suspension and removal

Accounts, posts, files, API access, subscriptions, or features may be limited, suspended, removed, or terminated where needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, non-payment, IP protection, platform stability, or suspected breach of these terms.

11. No warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranty is given that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, compliant with every user's obligations, or that any output will achieve a desired result.

12. Liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalkToAI, ZeroThink, their operator, contributors, developers, suppliers, and connected services will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, trading loss, wallet loss, model-output reliance, or third-party claims arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law does not allow exclusion.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TalkToAI, ZeroThink, their operator, developers, suppliers, and connected services from claims, losses, costs, damages, and expenses arising from your unlawful use, uploaded content, board posts, breach of these terms, infringement of third-party rights, misuse of outputs, wallet/API-key misuse, or violation of law.

14. Disputes and governing law

Before starting a formal claim, you agree to contact shaf@talktoai.org with a clear description of the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law gives you rights in another place that cannot be waived.

15. Changes

These terms may be updated as features, law, risk, or business needs change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law.
